Trans Am has so Much Power, Exhaust Falls Off!
Ok maybe the title is not 100 percent accurate since we all know compression does not just launch an exhaust willy–nilly but nevertheless it is a nice explanation for the video.
The car does seem to have allot of power but most likely there are other things to blame for the exhaust mishap like some bolts not being tight enough or something close to that.
Who knows, this whole thing might have been planned as an on the fly weight reduction, in which case this was done perfectly the driver did not care at all for the exhaust and just continued the race.
The only thing we are sorry about is that the cameraman did not show us who actually won and did the weight reduction pay off.
