How can this guy be so stupid?
The guy that is driving the Hyundai Elantra performed the most stupid move he could. We think that he didn’t saw the police car beside him, and after waiting just a few seconds for the road to clean up, he went driving over the double yellow line, and this triggered the police officers immediately.
